So far this week...

The house is on hold right now while we wait for the appraisal to be done. Once they tell the owners what has to be fixed for the house to sell, they fix it and then its ours. So I'm watching Phelps swim for his fourth gold. He's amazing! I always thought my brother could do this when he was little; be a swimmer. He has the body type for it and was a fish out of water. Oh Phelps got the gold. The dude is crazy good! I love watching the Olympics!
Poor Austin. I didn't get a picture of it today but the kid had a nasty fall early today. He was holding onto to me here at the table and he's in that stage where he grabs things and walks, kinda like someone who holds onto the side of the ice rink while trying to skate for the first time. He slipped and banged his head on the table leg and has a nasty bump/bruise on his forehead now. It's huge! To top it off, he fell while walking and didn't land on his butt like usual but on his back and head and it freaked him out. He cried really hard on that one. This poor kid is ready to play football with how many hits to head he's gotten already, geez. I didn't get a picture of this either (don't know why) but I had a package of poptarts in a bag for Kevin but he didn't eat it. I saw Austin grab for it but I didn't think he could get it open. A while later he was being very quiet, too quiet. I peeked over to him near the kitchen and he had gotten the whole package open, crumbs and poptart everywhere and he was really enjoying himself! :) It was maple brown sugar flavor! Ah geez! Sugar rush! :) So it was a fun day all around. Last night he dumped one of his juices out of the fridge but I got a shot of him holding a milk jug like it was nothing. It was pretty funny! He just gets into everything right now and its just going to get worse. Its crazy how fast time is going now that he's around. You just watch time fly through him. His birthday is coming up here shortly and he'll be one!
The only other thing we are waiting for now is our stuff and getting all that situated. That's a big headache of its own. With the military involved still we have to be the middle man with the company Kevin is with and with them. They won't talk to each other for some reason so its frustrating. So that's life right now...blah!
