We went looking today and our third house of the night was the winner. It was very nice on the outside and very nice on the inside and the price was perfect! On the outside, there is a red cider wood railing up to the front door and the same on the outside backyard deck. It looked pretty new as well. On the inside i
t was amazing! The master bedroom is downtown stairs with get this, a walk in closet that Austin could live in! Seriously, I could put all his bedroom furniture in there and it would fit! It's sooooooo huge with built-ins on the whole side of the long wall and a window in there! Crazy! Then, the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that we will have to get a step for b/c its so high for me to climb in there! It's unbelievable how awesome the tub is. The only I don't like is the washer/dryer are in the bathroom along with it. It does have a door to close them 
off, but I still don't like the fact there in there. So I'll see what I can do to change that in the years to come. Neways, moving on ....so, from the master up the stairs to the main floor there is an open living room and dining area, and then the kitchen. You walk down the hall and there is a room infront of you that leads to the deck, and a room to the right which will be Austin's room. Plus a full bathroom up stairs as well for the lil one and guests. We would have like to have a room for gu
est but I guess that's what my room will be used for. Oh and all of upstairs is hard wood flooring! Sweet! So yeah, we hope we get this house. This is what I've been picturing in my mind for a while. I wanted my craft room and Austin's room to be on the same level as the kitchen and I was hoping for two bathrooms and for a nice deck in the backyard. So it's exactly what we both want. It's in a nice neighborhood and the elem. school is a 6 out of 10 so its not too bad. It's better than 4, or 3 right? :) So here are some pic
tures for ya. We do plan on getting a new fridge for future selling. Oh and the garage is painted and has bulit-in storage as well. It seems too good to be true. We got the contract typed up and faxed to the seller tonight and our realtor put that he has until tomorrow to sign it so we shall see. Wish us luck!
