Since I techincally totalled the Ford, Kevin and I went shopping for a new car. Since there's going to be a bundle of joy on the way we headed for the SUV section. While I was in Dallas visiting my mom, Kevin was still looking around and found a great deal! On base we have a spot where us military folk can sell our cars which we call "the lemon lot". Kevin went there to just browse around to see if there was anything around and he found a perfect find. A 
2005 Chevy Equinox with 15,000 miles for only.....15,500 dollars! Nuts huh? So Kevin test drove it and was sold after that. We got a loan through USAA and its ours since Tuesday. It's soo nice and roomy. So many nice things about it; gadgets, seats that go down, sunroof, etc! We feel very blessed with this 
purchase and hopefully it will last for a very long time. In July we are going to sell Kevin's car when I don't have to go to work anymore. And then at our next location where ever that may be we will get Kevin's car...most likely a cool four door truck.
