Trying something

Well my stupid software isn't working properly. I'm use to going into Digital Image pro 9 open a picture and then saving it for the web and selecting the size that it needs to be on SJ which is 100K. Well first of all my program is now just sitting there whenever I click the open button under file. I don't know why its starting to do this. It just sits there and sits there and sits there. I had it open all night and the next morning still sitting there. I removed all my pictures, I reinstall the software, removed it, and readded it again. I even downloaded the upgrade to it and the upgrade is doing the same thing!! It's ticking me off. I can open the picture in the program by right clicking the picture and selecting the program but when I go to save for the web, sits there. And that is the feature I need sooo badly! I don't know what to do??? Hopefully adding this layout here will shrink it enough...
