We’ve been having rain for most of this summer. We actually had 28 days of straight rain! Craziness! So once our first sunny day happened three days ago, I was outside! I took Austin to the park twice! And then to the park again the next day! And then blue berry picking yesterday! But with all good things like enjoying the outside we have chores to do. It’s another nice day today but laundry and school work must be done. Here are some pictures of the last few days:
- I took a picture of our shadows because we haven’t seen them in a while
- I enjoy just laying out in the sun as you can clearly see
- Austin isn’t use to the sun so he MUST have his sunglasses on at all times outside if its sunny out
- Austin on the slide for the millionth time!
- Kevin’s first flag football game, someone has to hold the marker.
- After dinner we treated ourselves to some DQ icecream. I got these two shirts from Old Navy for them to wear together, so cute!!
- Like Father like son.
- Austin picking berries at Alyeska.
- Some brush was a bit tall for Austin so I had to carry him into the blueberry patches to pick the better blueberries.
Kevin is playing flag football once again and has played one game. The next game is this Thursday. I am in three classes this fall semester and sadly can’t see his game on Thursday since I’ll be in class. My sister, Amy, comes to visit Wednesday night through the 31st of August. The state fair starts as well next week. Lots of stuff to do!
