One more day left and I'll be one of those working people again. I'm nervous! I hope I do well and I hope I don't screw it up in some way. I tend to rub people the wrong way and I don't want to do that. We need this job for our family. Neways, Kevin had a flag football game this morning and they lost. One of the guys on the team sucked sooooo super bad that I seriously blame the lost on him. He dropped every ball that was thrown to him and the guy who played quarterback got hurt so then that dude took his place and sucked there too. Urgh! It was getting pretty cold and for some ungodly reason t
here were like a thousand mosquitos out there as well so Austin and I just went into the car the last half of the game. It's just so much harder to watch the games now with Austin. He's either crawling around to places he shouldn't or crying b/c he's locked up in his stroller. Kevin even asked me why bother when I can't really pay attention to the game. I didn't really have an answear. After we came home Kevin got called into work so I was solo with Austin. I wondered what we will do if I'm working and he gets called in? It's going to be a tough one. He'll just have to tell them oh well. He's not required to go in b/c there are others who can fix the same problems but he's such a nice guy he always goes in anyways. After he came back home I left to get a new SIM card b/c the other one drowned in my phone and stopped working. I just got to wait on our stuff so I can get my old phone back. I made a deal with Kevin that I would like a new model of the blackberry next year and I'll hold out on purchasing a new phone and just use my old one or his old one if they work. We don't even know if the sim card will fit and if they will work so that's still up in the air. So I guess you can figure it out that no insurance will cover it and I talked to ATT to get insurance for Kevin's phone and we were a month short. They started their insurance on the phones the month after we purc
hased ours and they only cover new phones. So stupid!!! Well not much else happened today. I came home, we had dinner and watched "Win a date with Tad Hamilton" and then played squence for a few rounds. Fun huh? ;) Austin was his usual running around self. That kid can move now! I felt a lil bad today wrestling around with him on the mattress again. I think he either bit his lip or tongue but he started to bleed in his mouth. He was laughing but still his teeth were covered! So I gave him some water to wash it out. He didn't seem to notice which was good but still freaked me out a bit so I stopped horseplaying with him. It's cute though how he 'tries' to get away. He like does this whole side stepping, bends down low and giggles at me the whole time while I'm creeping up on him. It's hilarous! Monday is going to be hard and I hope I stay busy enough to not notice how long I'll be away from my lil man. Well Kevin is going to watch the early football games and Austin and I may or may not show up. I do need to talk to one of the guys that will be there to ask when I can stop by and get some balloons blown up for Austin's birthday party. His birthday is coming soo quickly. He's not my baby any longer but a toddler running around. At least he still cuddles with me on occasion. *Sigh* How quickly they grow on ya. His well-baby appointment is on Friday and I'll be missing that but I'll make sure to get the stats. So far from my estimates he's 32inches tall using a yard stick to measure him; 17 inches around his head, and the last time he was weighed he was 28 lbs. He's a big boy that's for sure! Still in the above 95 percent of his age group. If this continues he def gets it from my mom's side of the family. Those boys over there are monsters themselves! My uncle is 6'3 and I think my grandfather is 6'1. Kevin hopes for that as well so it helps him in sports. Ugh...rolling of the eyes! Talk about someone being obsessed and who's going to be "living through" their child. :) LOL!
