Well to get prepared for the heat I needed a swimsuit. So Sunday we went shopping while waiting for DH's car to be done with its oil change. We first went into the Gap Body and I really liked this top but Kevin had some comments to say about it. I tried it on and he changed his mind immediately. *wink* I do have a confession to make though. I couldn't find a decent bottom to go with the halter top so we went to Old Navy and still couldn't find any in the 'normal' section...we walked by the Maternity section and my DH grabs a bottom and says how about this, it's brown with a smile on his face...he then starts to 
put it away but I stop him and say, you know this might actually work. He's like I was only joking...Neways, so i go and try on a small and it's PERFECT!!!! It's fits absolutely perfect for my big fat @$$!!! I come out of the dressing room super happy and I'm like I'm getting it! I'm doing this from now on...any time I need a new swim suit, straight to the maternity section I go! *hee, hee*

ReplyDeletei've actually thought about doing the same thing, but our old navys dont have maternity sections here in the good ole sooner state....
i actually got my bathingsuit from there this year too. only i have had to exchange it once already because the size on the hanger is actually not the size of the suit....and i have to go back and exchange the bottom AGAIN.
sometimes I hate old navy.
what did you think of lost?
I went and bought a new one this week too, but I was staying far far away from the maternity section. Will one suit be enough for the time that you are away?
